Before i sign off, gotta send out congrats to Denver Nuggets forward Carmelo Anthony & his fiancee La La Vazquez (from MTV’s Direct Effect), who welcomed their 1st child Kiyan (5 pounds, 18 ounces & 18 1/2 inches long) on Wednesday afternoon in Denver.

Congrats on your fatherhood ‘Melo. Now get your ass back out on the court & help the Nuggets make the playoffs!!!
