Before i sign off….
Definitely gotta pay homage to both the 9/11 victims and Tupac Shakur. Gone but never forgotten. Ya’ll definitely need to check out Mixshow #72 which features a 15 minute mix of 2pac’s greatest hits, produced by DJ Special Blend.
Also, gotta give a special shoutout to my girlfriend Melanie for givin’ me NFL updates this past Sunday. I didn’t do too bad in the office pool, finished 5th out of 12 (Kansas City and Carolina both killed me though!)
I lost 21-13 in the BMS Radio fantasy league last weekend. I made two dumb-ass moves that could’ve gotten me a win. Benched Heath Miller, who ended up having a 100 yard game & scored a touchdown. Also benched the Jacksonville defense, who played pretty well on Sunday against Dallas despite trailing early 10-0.
I’ve made some adjustments over the past couple of days & hope that they will pay off on Sunday.
Whenever & wherever our fundraiser will be at, Mattie T will be in the house for sure! I also hope this movie rumor is true! We would need a good-ass director though to handle the scripts & what not if it does go down. Just imagine….BMS Radio goin’ Hollywood! Scary thought, aint it?
Aight ya’ll, that is it for now. Gotta shout out Sox pitcher Freddy Garcia, who pitched a perfect game for 8 and 2/3 innings today during the Sox’s 9-0 win over the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. The Sox were able to gain ground on both Minnesota & Detroit.
16 more games to go after today!
My blog updating the week in sports and Week 2 NFL Predictions are comin’ on Saturday.
Until then,
